How to Choose Your SBD Size
Correct sizing helps you get the right fit and support from SBD products. Always check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Knee sleeves
Measure around the centre of the kneecap with the leg straight and relaxed. Also check your calf measurement for fit guidance.
Belts
Measure around your waist where the belt will sit, usually just above the navel. Do not use trouser waist size.
Wrist wraps
Choose wrist wrap length based on support preference. Small has less material, Medium is the most versatile, and Large offers maximum wrap length.
Apparel
Use the product size chart for singlets, shirts, shorts and sportswear. Compare your measurements with the chart rather than relying only on regular clothing size.
